• For made-to-order items such as smart mirrors, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (available across the UK) for in-stock items.

• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days for an additional fee (not available for made-to-order items).

• Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• No free delivery option is available.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Made-to-Order Items:

• Items like smart mirrors and other custom products require 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.

International Shipping:

• Currently, we only ship within the UK.

Damaged or Lost Items:
